Abstract
A unified framework connecting finite algebraic structures, homomorphism enumeration, quotient constructions, fuzzy group actions and conjugacy-class methods. The work defines structural complexity indices and develops results for kernels, cyclic homomorphic images, fuzzy stabilizers and conjugacy-based key agreement.
